Nanoninth, OPC (NNI) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst with experience in specializing process automation to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing systems to optimize and automate business processes to improve efficiency across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that leverage the latest automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop automation solutions.

• Use process mapping and other process improvement methodologies to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement automation technologies, using the best automation tools.

• Create technical documentation and training materials to support the implementation and use of automation solutions.

• Test and validate automation solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.

• Train end-users on the use of automated processes and tools.

• Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of automated processes.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automation technologies and identify opportunities to apply these technologies to business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in process automation, including experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or C#.

• Knowledgeable in automation tools and emerging AI tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience in SQL and database management

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Location: Work from home, occasional company events in Makati+BGC area. Place of residence must be within Metro Manila or nearby provinces.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, Philippine day schedule.
