Job Description

  • Analyze portfolio data to assess quality, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Conduct segmentation analysis to uncover growth opportunities and improve portfolio performance.
  • Develop and manage strategies for credit approvals, collections, and acquisition quality.
  • Design test programs to enhance credit productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with peers and business units to deliver impactful portfolio strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance departmental efficiency and KPIs.
  • Monitor data accuracy and ensure quality standards in all analyses and reports.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize team output.


The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2+ years of experience in banking or financial analytics, credit risk, or collections.
  • Proficient in programming tools: Python and SQL and familiar with statistical/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide innovative solutions to portfolio challenges.
  • Collaborative and effective communicator who can work with cross-functional teams.
