HR Primo Management Services is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to review financial data, build dashboards, and provide performance insights to inform business decisions. The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and proactive analysis across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of financial analytics experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related course.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or similar work.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
• Experience with dashboards or data visualization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial and business data for decision‑making support.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of all reports and analysis outputs.
• Build and update financial models, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Gather, check, and organize data from different financial and sales sources.
• Spot patterns, issues, and opportunities for cost efficiency and improvement.
• Prepare clear reports, summaries, and management‑level insights.
• Assist in regular reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Work closely with different teams to ensure data quality and completeness.
• Improve existing reporting methods and tools when needed.
• Provide data‑based insights and recommendations.
