This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst (Seasonal) at Calamba Medical Center, located in Calamba. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on data. Daily tasks also include developing data models and generating reports. The role will involve working closely with the HR Department to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze sets of business and operational data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Support management in developing strategies, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any related business course.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is an advantage.
