Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Data Investment Analyst to prepare and maintain monthly investment reports, including allocation reports and data marts. You will validate data across systems and reconcile investment and portfolio information to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment data analysis or a related role.
• Strong experience in data reconciliation and financial data validation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards and data modeling.
• Experience with investment platforms such as Aladdin, WSO, Bloomberg preferred.

Collect, validate, and consolidate large volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources, including investment management systems, loan administrator statements, and Excel-based reports. to support investment analysis and business decision-making. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal reporting standards. Identify reporting inefficiencies and recommend process improvements through automation and data analytics.

Collaborate with investment, finance, operations, and other cross‑functional teams to support reporting requirements and improve data quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience

in investment data analysis, financial analysis, investment operations, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or a similar analytical role. Strong experience in data reconciliation , financial data validation, and investment reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, and complex formulas.

Hands‑on experience with Power BI , including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization.

Experience working with investment platforms such as Aladdin ,

Wall Street Office (WSO) , Bloomberg, or similar investment systems is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. Proven ability to work with large datasets, perform complex reconciliations, and transform financial data into meaningful business insights.
