Job summary

The Back Room Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, transform data from multiple sources, and deliver insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimise data models.

Based in the Philippines, this role offers the chance to turn complex datasets into clear visualisations and drive data-led improvements across operations, finance and strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar analytics-focused role.
• Strong Power BI development experience including data modelling, DAX, Power Query and report design.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.

Desirable

• Experience within a professional services, financial services or accountancy environment.

• Experience building semantic models and supporting self-service reporting initiatives.

• Knowledge of data governance, data quality and reporting standards.

• Experience using Salesforce.
