Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a data analytics professional to transform marketing and CRM data into actionable insights. You will build reliable Power BI dashboards, connect multiple data sources, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.

The role focuses on data integration, quality, and automation to improve reporting on campaigns and business outcomes. Office-based work in Eastwood, Quezon City, with a strong emphasis on analytics and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills; Python or R and automating data preparation are desirable.
• Exceptional mathematical and statistical reasoning, passion for solving complex problems through data analytics, and understanding of marketing funnels and attribution.
• Ability to explain complex findings in plain English and demonstrate how analysis informed a business decision.

Responsibilities

• Data Integration and Dashboards: Combine data from Meta, Google Ads, Zoho CRM and other sources into reporting datasets.
• Data Quality and Performance Analysis: Validate data quality, reconcile discrepancies and define metrics.
• Insights and Reporting Automation: Evaluate campaigns, explain attribution limitations, and automate recurring reporting.

A Glimpse into Your New Role

We are looking for a maths weapon with exceptional numerical ability and a passion for mathematics and data analytics. Turn marketing, sales and CRM data into practical insights that improve LoansOne’s performance. Build reliable reporting in Power BI and other analytics tools, connecting advertising investment with lead quality, applications, settlements and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration and Dashboards

• Combine data from Meta, Google Ads, Zoho CRM and other approved sources into consistent reporting datasets.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering spend, enquiries, conversion, funded amounts and commission.

Data Quality and Performance Analysis

• Validate data quality, reconcile discrepancies and maintain clear definitions for metrics and funnel stages.
• Analyse performance by channel, source, campaign and lead cohort to identify opportunities and risks.

Insights and Reporting Automation

• Evaluate campaign tests, explain attribution limitations and distinguish meaningful changes from normal variation.
• Present clear findings and recommended actions, and automate recurring reporting where practical.

Role Requirements

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science or a related field, ideally from a leading university.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills; Python or R and experience automating data preparation are desirable.
• Exceptional mathematical and statistical reasoning, a passion for solving complex problems through data analytics, and a sound understanding of marketing funnels, conversion analysis and attribution.
