Job summary

Salmon Group is seeking a Data Analyst (collections) to own Salmon's data layer, models, and dashboards across collections and risk. You will ensure clean data, scalable reports, and actionable insights to guide decisions in a growing fintech platform.

The role offers a remote/hybrid setup with Manila-based hours, a focus on data quality, and collaboration with Risk and DWH teams. Manila relocation is a strong advantage for candidates.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in data, product, risk, or operations analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets.
• Experience building and maintaining data models and regular reporting.
• Solid understanding of data quality principles; able to investigate root causes independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Manila is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models and analytical datasets that support Collections operations and reporting.
• Develop and support regular reporting and dashboards covering key Collections metrics.
• Monitor data quality across sources and calculations; investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Document calculation logic, data sources, datasets, and reports for future reference.
