Goel-Services,-Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst / Clerical professional to work from home in Manila. The role involves processing daily PDF reports, extracting time sheets, packing slips and trucking logs, and organizing documents for payroll in Excel.

You will connect to our systems via AWS/Amazon Workspaces, require reliable internet (≥20 Mbps), and must be fluent in Spanish and English. Printing costs are reimbursed; US calls can be made via Teams.

Competenze

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate minimum).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; written and spoken.
• Experience with remote work systems and cloud tools (AWS/Amazon Workspaces) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Extract time sheets, packing slips, and trucking logs from PDF daily reports.

Role:
Make 48,000 PHP per month

The scope is to bring in the PDF daily reports; extract the time sheets, any material packing slips, and any trucking logs.

• To save the documents in the proper locations
• To take the time sheets and prepare them daily to have ready for payroll in Microsoft Excel

The work consists of using threeproducts

• Rakenapp.com (web based)
• Using our system thru AWS to connect to our servers
• Must be proficient at Microsoft Excel (intermediate minimum)

We have about 200 workers that daily reports and payroll come in and must be compiled by end of Shift on Monday for the prior week.

Requirements:

• Using our system thru AWS to connect to our servers
• Must have reliable internet with not less than 20 mbs in speed.
• Must have computer with monitor or laptop with additional monitor.
• To check speed - you must be good thru Amazon Workspaces Health Check (from Reston VA/Northern Virginia) https://clients.amazonworkspaces.com/Health.html
• We provide all access to our system thru Amazon Workspaces
• Must have printer. All printing costs would be reimbursed.
• Must speak Spanish and English
• Ability to make free calls in the US thru Microsoft Teams (We will provide US Tel Number)

Pay
This is full time position as a consultant - work from home - make 48,000 PHP/month.
