Job summary

TGT Global in Alabang invites you to join our data management and analytics team. You will manage data cases, build location records, and deliver accurate analyses that support sales and operations.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in business/IS, experience with SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, plus the ability to create dashboards and geospatial insights. We offer 100% virtual recruitment and a night-shift role to support global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or case management.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience working with databases and multiple datasets.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, geospatial tools, or location-based data is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete data cases and tickets within SLA.
• Create and validate building and location records.
• Clean, analyze, and update data.
• Merge duplicate records and perform bulk data updates.
• Conduct network proximity and geographical analysis.
• Research building and facility information.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze building, tenant, network, and geographical data.
• Use SQL and other tools to pull and analyze data.
• Support Sales and Business Development with data requests.
• Assist with integrations and ad-hoc data projects.
