WeSearch@Searchers & Staffers Corp. is seeking an analyst with experience in producing Shareholder Identification Reports. The role supports the operational lead in organizing and scheduling projects, managing disclosure requests, and producing client reports.

You will liaise with intermediaries, conduct research, map disclosure responses, and handle basic client administration. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential, along with excellent organization.

• Hands-on experience preparing shareholder identification reports, including data collection, analysis, and final report generation.
• Strong analytical and research skills with proven attention to detail.

• Prepare end-to-end Shareholder Identification Reports, including data collection, analysis, and final report generation.
• Issue disclosure requests and coordinate with intermediaries during outreach.
• Conduct share registry analysis across multiple stock exchanges.
• Identify institutional shareholders through research and analysis of bank/broker data, investment manager information, and public filings.
• Map disclosure responses with accuracy and judgment, applying custom solutions where required.
• Provide project status updates and coordinate with global teams.
• Support operational scheduling and project organization.
