Tribute Technology is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Professional Services – Website Team. You will turn operational and project data into actionable insights to improve planning, management, and delivery of website projects.

The role focuses on analyzing website production and deployment data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, optimize team capacity, and drive process improvements for faster deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, statistics, mathematics or business management or related field.
• 3+ years in data analytics, BI, operations analytics or related area with measurable impact.
• Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables) and SQL.
• Experience building dashboards using Salesforce or Jira.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Professional Services – Website Team and play a key role in turning operational and project data into actionable insights that improve how we plan, manage, and deliver website projects. This role will analyze website production and deployment data to identify trends, uncover bottlenecks, improve forecasting accuracy, optimize team capacity, and drive process improvements that help projects move through implementation and launch more efficiently.

The ideal candidate will go beyond reporting what has happened. They will help the team understand why it happened, what is likely to happen next, and what actions we can take to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets. They should be able to take complex data, identify meaningful trends, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role will work closely with Project Coordinators, Designers, Technical Specialists and leadership to provide reporting and insights that support better decision-making and continuous process improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Data Analysis & Business Insights
  • Analyze website production and deployment data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business questions into meaningful data analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify factors contributing to project delays, rework, stalled projects, QA issues, and missed launch targets.
  • Provide insights that help leadership make informed decisions around team capacity, workload, resources, and priorities.
  • Monitor operational performance against established KPIs and business goals.
• Project Performance & Forecasting
  • Track and analyze website production metrics.
  • Support accurate forecasting of upcoming website launches and project capacity.
  • Prepare data for Forecasting and Active Backlog.
  • Compare forecasted vs actual project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop reporting that helps the team proactively identify at risk projects.
  • Analyze Stalled and Archived projects.
  • Study project lifecycle data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate deployment.
• Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into team and project performance.
  • Develop easy to understand reports for both operational teams and leadership.
  • Establish standardized definitions and calculations for KPIs to ensure consistency across reports.
  • Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data preparation where possible.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and determine the most meaningful ways to measure performance.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into practical recommendations that teams can implement.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and business cases as needed.
• Data Quality & Process Improvement
  • Ensure data used for reporting is accurate, complete, and reliable.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, missing information, and other data-quality issues.
  • Work with teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data driven findings.
  • Help establish measurable standards and guidelines for tracking website production performance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree: preferably in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or business management. Those with BS/ BA in accounting or finance and an analytical focus would also be encouraged to apply
• Experienced Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Operations Analytics, or a related field with at least 3 years of professional experience who is passionate about helping leaders and the organization better understand data and use it to make strategic business decisions
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including:
  • XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
  • INDEX/MATCH
  • SUMIFS / COUNTIFS
  • IF/IFS
  • PivotTables
  • Charts and dashboards
  • Data cleaning and manipulation

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
