Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst/BI Analyst or similar analytics role.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL proficiency.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and performance metrics.
• Able to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of additional analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting business stakeholders in marketing, media, or advertising environments.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-powered tools such as Claude (or similar generative AI platforms) to enhance data analysis, research, reporting, workflow efficiency, and insight generation.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools while applying critical thinking, data validation, and sound analytical judgment.
