Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in fixed income analysis, investment management, or related financial services role.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with fixed income analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to identify trends from data.

Responsibilities

• Market and Economic Analysis: Conduct research on economic trends, interest rate movements, and macroeconomic data to support fixed income strategies.
• Credit Research: Analyze credit quality, financial statements, and industry trends of issuers across fixed income sectors, including corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and government debt.
• Portfolio Support: Assist in the management and monitoring of fixed income portfolios, evaluating performance, and helping to implement investment decisions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use financial models and tools to assess risk, return, and performance attribution of fixed income investments; prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Trade Execution and Compliance: Support the execution of fixed income trades, ensuring compliance with investment guidelines and regulations.
• Risk Management: Assist in identifying and monitoring risk factors affecting fixed income investments, including interest rate, credit, and liquidity risks.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with senior team members to respond to client inquiries with insights and updates on portfolio performance and market conditions.
