Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in the Philippines to provide first-level support for specified software applications and assist with basic hardware issues. The role is part of the D&T Support function, delivering technical support to internal users and ensuring system operations are maintained.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with MS Office, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

About The Role
