Job summary

Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Cylinder Management Supervisor in Manila area. You will oversee cylinder inventory operations across multiple plants, supervise Controller staff, and ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with company procedures.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, strong Excel skills, and 2+ years in inventory or related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in inventory control, accounting, reconciliation, or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of Cylinder Controllers.
• Ensure accurate physical inventory counts and records.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory variances across plants.
• Prepare and consolidate daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Coach and guide team members to meet departmental objectives.
