Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd, a GovTech-backed subsidiary, seeks a Programme Manager to lead the Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programmes (GBBP, VRP, VDP). You will plan, schedule, coordinate with government agencies, and manage the vendor relationship to ensure timely delivery.

You will drive reporting, procurement support, and stakeholder outreach while pursuing process improvements using AI-assisted development and GovTech platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT programme management experience
• Strong PM skills to plan, execute, and monitor operations
• Excellent English communication to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing vendors or contracts and tracking SLAs
• Data-driven, able to track metrics and produce reports
• Experience with AI-assisted development (vibe coding) or GovTech platforms

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee GBBP, VRP, and VDP runs
• Coordinate with government agencies on participation and scoping timelines
• Manage CVDP vendor relationships, contracts, and onboarding of researchers
• Support triage team in preparing reports and coordinate with agencies on disputes
• Support procurement and tender exercises, including evaluating vendor proposals
• Prepare programme reporting, dashboards, and management updates
• Drive stakeholder communications and programme outreach
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements across CVDP operations
