Qualifications

• Recent graduate or graduating student in Information/Network Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
• Foundational understanding or strong interest in Cybersecurity and Information Security.
• Basic awareness of Network Security principles and practices.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and software development.
• Introductory knowledge or willingness to learn Application Security concepts.
• Ability to learn and apply security best practices in a digital and AI-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-based setting.
• Willingness to be trained on-site in Malvar and follow structured training programs.
• Relevant coursework, certifications in progress (e.g., CompTIA Security+), or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage.
• Open to flexible/shifting schedules across different time zones.
