Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst for an onsite role at Mall of Asia, Pasay City. The position focuses on investigating incidents, monitoring via SIEM, and assessing risks across projects and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Security, or related cybersecurity function.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, security controls, and incident response processes.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, Microsoft security technologies, and Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate cybersecurity incidents with MSSPs, performing root cause analysis and supporting containment, remediation, and recovery activities.
• Monitor security events and alerts using SIEM platforms and Microsoft security technologies to detect suspicious or malicious activity.
• Assess cybersecurity risks across ICT projects, digital initiatives, and business operations while supporting governance and compliance requirements.
• Conduct security assessments for third‑party vendors, supply chain partners, and new technologies to address identified risks.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, awareness programs, operational procedures, and incident response playbooks.
