Job description

Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippinesis looking for aCyber Awareness Training Specialistfor the Group\'s Digital Technologies Department.

This person will be instrumental in leading training sessions on cyber security for ASG Companies.

ASG Digital Technologies provides services to subsidiary companies related to IT Governance & Management, IT Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure Services, Workplace Support and ServiceDesk, Enterprise Applications (Digital IT Solutions, ERP), and Cybersecurity.

Reporting to ASG Digital Technologies, this position will be based in the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig City, under a hybrid setup, working in the APAC Time zone.

*Upon the first two months, you will be required to align your schedule with the Eastern European time zone for the training period.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cyber security training sessions
  • Keep training materials and resources current
  • Advocate for and recommend best practices
  • Protect the company and its systems from cyber security threats
  • Assess the cybersecurity knowledge of employees and identify areas for improvement
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements and Skillset:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant Technical Certification/Education
  • Prior Experience as a Trainer or Course Facilitator
  • Familiarity with Ticket Management solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
