Job summary

Ubiquity, Iloilo City, is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead CX training programs, coach CX Trainers, and partner with Operations and Quality to ensure high training standards. The role focuses on program execution from implementation through production handoff, continuous improvement, and adherence to L&D governance.

You will oversee day-to-day coaching, performance reviews, and trainer certification, while ensuring readiness and customer experience excellence across client programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• 1–2 years in people management or trainer supervision.
• BPO/contact center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CX Trainers to ensure consistent delivery and achievement of training objectives.
• Oversee CX training programs from implementation through production handoff and ensure adherence to curriculum, timelines, and quality standards.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and client teams to address training needs, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
