Job summary

You will compile regulatory documents such as invoices and certificates of origin, assist with customs forms and release, and communicate clearly in fluent English.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with MS Word/Word processing, MS Excel/spreadsheets, Windows, email and various PC software.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Deductive reasoning and critical problem solving.
• Fluent English, written and conversational.
• Typing speed of 40–50 words per minute.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service; review pre-entry requirements and prioritize workload.
• Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts.
• Compile and prepare commercial regulatory documents such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents for entry processing.
• Help create Customs forms and obtain Customs release of shipments.
