Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders through professional email communication.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or disputes promptly while maintaining alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of multiple operational activities.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to identify and address customer issues.
• Maintain and share accurate customer data.
• Escalate complex matters to supervisors or senior colleagues when necessary.
• Be knowledgeable on rate cards and translation.
• Ensure month‑end closure activities are done on time.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (CX, SME, sales, etc.) to achieve accurate and timely generation, validation, and dispatch of invoices for customs-related services.
• Precisely record and reconcile costs, taxes, and duties in job systems to maintain financial integrity.
• Comply with internal controls and external regulations for customs financial processes.
• Deliver error‑free financial data to support reporting and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of accounting experience is preferable.
