Job Responsibilities
- Handle phone support for CSR or IT-related concerns (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
- Deliver clear instructions and effective troubleshooting steps to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Accurately document cases and follow escalation procedures when needed
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism

Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- With at least 2 years Call Center Experience (CCE) in any account
- OR 6 months–1 year Technical Support experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply (Must have Excellent Coms)
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice Support)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Clark
