As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer and community engagement, helping to ensure that our pros — particularly in our fast-growing Australian market — receive world-class support and guidance.
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Executive who can manage customer interactions and foster community engagement. You’ll be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support, managing our community groups, and contributing to the overall growth of Solo by sharing insights and ideas for improvement.
