• Update and manage the Replenishment Plan to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Create Transfer Orders and Transfer Order Requests for product movement.
• Schedule and coordinate Deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Handle Delivery Coordination including ASN processing.
• Update Oracle Transactions related to transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and manage the Replenishment Plan to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Create Transfer Orders and Transfer Order Requests for product movement
• Schedule and coordinate Deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
• Handle Delivery Coordination including ASN (Advance Shipping Notice), Gatepass processing, and concerns management
• Update Oracle Transactions such as sub-inventory transfers and inter-organization transfers
• Receive and verify Oracle transactions related to physical and inter-org transfers
• Create and manage Miscellaneous Transaction Forms
• Update and maintain Miscellaneous Transaction Trackers and Delivery Expense Trackers
• Perform Receiving for Physical Deliveries
• Handle Packing and Distribution of goods as necessary
• Maintain and update Product Allowance Templates for tracking and validation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
