Job description

Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide professional customer support. Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  2. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  3. Follow call scripts and company protocols for handling different situations.
  4. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  6. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience OR open to fresh graduates with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
