Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 6 months Call Center experience in an International Voice Account OR
• No Call Center Experience required, but must have strong English proficiency and communication skills
• Retail account experience is a plus
• Willing to complete same-day onsite process after passing the phone pre-screening
• Amenable to work 100% onsite
