We are currently looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling customer inquiries through both email and voice accounts in a BPO setting, with a strong ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first approach in all interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and deliver seamless service.
  • Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and QA scores.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting (email and voice accounts required).
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience handling Australian accounts is an advantage.
  • Experience with automotive accounts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining productivity.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email platforms, and call management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
