Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• SHS Graduate with or without BPO experience.
• HS Graduate with 12 months of BPO experience.
• College Graduate with or without BPO experience.
• 2nd year College Undergraduate with 6 months above BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the terms of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and directives as they relate to work locations, teams, shifts, and benefits policies.
• Support ongoing operations in alignment with company policies and directives and adapt to changes as needed.

Education
