CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any tertiary degree

  • With atleast 6 months above of relevant experience

  • Knowledge in Sales and Marketing principles

  • Knowledge in various models for Customer Relations

  • Knowledge in SAP preferable

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.

  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Job Description:

  • Responsible for attending to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and requests for repair or return of purchased equipment due to repair concerns.

  • Providing help and advice to customers via emails, FB Messages, Calls and Chat Messages.

  • Coordinates with Business Managers or Sales Representatives for specific concerns (e.g. special discounting) relative to their Customers or product lines that may have a distinctive approach of invoicing.

  • Creates and log in sales orders in SAP and other trackers while maintaining documentation of all sales order forms.

  • Entertains Head Office walk-in customers and receives orders from the Sales and Marketing team.

  • Creates Sales Orders; maintains documentation of all sales order forms.
