About the Client:

Our client specializes in HVAC/R predictive maintenance and management for small commercial buildings. They utilize smart sensors and AI technology to detect issues early, saving customers money on repairs and energy costs. They collaborate with qualified contractors to address problems proactively before system failures occur.

About the Position:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to partner with contractors and internal teams, delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, managing work orders, scheduling, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns efficiently.

This role offers an impactful, high-growth opportunity with responsibilities such as:

  1. Managing daily scheduling and support for contractors, emergency repairs, and HVAC/R projects
  2. Responding to customer and contractor inquiries via phone, text, email, and web
  3. Entering and managing work orders, jobs, and clients on dispatch systems
  4. Issuing purchase orders and processing payments
  5. Handling customer concerns and resolving issues effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading – MUST
  • Customer service experience with a commitment to customer satisfaction – MUST
  • Problem-solving skills to meet customer needs
  • Ability to learn new technology, share knowledge, and provide feedback for process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness for continuous improvement
  • Experience with Zoho tools (Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, CRM) – Advantage
  • HVAC industry experience – Advantage

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Work hours are 8.5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
