A leading company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide vital support to participants regarding their Health Reimbursement Accounts. The role involves actively listening to clients, guiding them through applications, and ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines, all while working the fixed night shift on-site.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as an advocate for our participants by assisting with enrollment issues, applications, general questions and concerns, and supporting the management of their Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA).
Key Responsibilities:
Actively listen to clients and assess their needs using a consultative approach
Guide participants through the completion of their applications in a structured manner
Accurately log outbound contact attempts and observe potential patterns or trends
Adhere strictly to compliance guidelines when handling service and application-related inquiries
Identify root causes of issues and clearly communicate appropriate solutions to participants
Provide empathetic and effective support to participants via phone
Navigate and utilize multiple internal systems to resolve concerns efficiently
Demonstrate patience and empathy to de-escalate calls from concerned participants
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of internal and external service standards
Accept and apply feedback or coaching to continuously enhance performance
Perform additional duties as assigned
