You must be able and willing to work from site in Filinvest City, Alabang (Asian Star Building).

We are seeking 2 x CSR's for a growing client program. You will have technical / warranty support experience in consumer goods / electronics.

The role:

You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls from customers and clients, addressing level 1 & 2 matters. The role/s also include managing an inbox, and performing other administrative tasks (blended support).

You and your experience:

  • 3 years experience in customer service role, providing warranty / technical support for consumer goods / electronics.
  • Available and able to work on site in Alabang / Filinvest City
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional time management skills and an ability to multi task
