We are seeking 2 x CSR's for a growing client program. You will have technical / warranty support experience in consumer goods / electronics.
The role:
You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls from customers and clients, addressing level 1 & 2 matters. The role/s also include managing an inbox, and performing other administrative tasks (blended support).
