Job Description

The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about the company's services and cargo status.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  2. Process customer orders accurately.
  3. Provide information regarding company services and cargo status.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
  • Assigned at Port 4 BREDCO, Reclamation Area, Barangay, Bacolod, 6100.
