About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative! As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global customers via phone calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism

  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner

  • Take inbound calls for customers to handle orders, queries.

  • Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers.

  • Develop solutions to solve the customer needs specially with their orders and other requests.

  • Updating all CRM systems and internal trackers

  • Research required information using available resources: Client Product Websites and Knowledge Based-Books including speakers/magazines, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience (experience with voice international accounts would be preferred)

  • Must possess excellent English communication skills (In both Spoken and Written with ability for free flow speech).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts (including nights and weekends) based on business needs.

  • Amenable to on-site setup
