About The ECommerce Department

Key Responsibilities

• Answer to inbound calls, email and web inquiries of brand's customers
• Support inbound and outbound calls
• Upsell or cross-sell products
• Weekly/Monthly reporting to clients
• Daily coordination with clients/brand
• Resolve after-sales issues raised by brands customers

This role would be a good fit if you have:

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service working experience
• Diploma or degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience
