Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns
- Handle rent-related communications, including payment updates and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the back support team to address tenant needs efficiently
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely and proficient with technology
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
