We are looking for an Inbound Call Representative who will play a critical role within our customer service team, bridging the gap between clients and company specialists. This role involves managing incoming calls, following a detailed script, and transferring calls to specialized personnel based on specific criteria. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and lead generation, contributing to the success of the company.

- You are adept at multitasking and comfortable navigating computer interfaces, including CRM systems.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and respond to inbound calls in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Follow a detailed script to assess caller needs and determine the most appropriate steps.
  • Transfer calls to specialists when certain criteria are met, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Ask questions related to properties and credit, while updating the CRM with relevant information.
  • Use a power dialer effectively, if applicable, to maximize call handling efficiency.
