A leading customer service firm in Batangas City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle routine phone support for clients. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer information. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, experience in customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft applications. This position offers a dynamic call-center environment.
