Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customers' requests and provide the best customer service via phone and email
• Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate and valid information
• Keep records of customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete resolution
• Take the extra mile to engage with clients

Job Requirements

• Has excellent English communication skills
• Has at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Has a good track record of achieving quotas
• Has strong knowledge of Customer Service and active listening skills
• Can adapt and respond to different types of customers
• Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Has at least one year of experience in the BPO industry
• Knowledge of different types of insurance is a big plus
