Job summary

Tasq Work in Cebu City is seeking Call Center Agents to join a fast-growing team. You will deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and profiling customers to tailor solutions. Requirements include a college degree with or without BPO experience, or at least 6 months BPO if currently 2nd year.

Must be fluent in English, and able to work on-site in Cebu City on a shifting schedule. Start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
