Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ enquiries, providing relevant information and professional assistance.
• Handle customer orders, payments, records, and other administrative matters.
• Promote products/ services and support sales targets, promotions, and branch activities.
• Maintain accurate administrative records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and fulfilment.
• Maintain an organised reception environment and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
