Join Our Dynamic Supply Chain Team as an Customer Service Engineer!

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Engineerto be a key player in our Supply Chain Team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business systems and overall business success.

Basic Function: Customer support engineers are responsible for addressing the questions and concerns of customers about their company's products. Typically, the job involves addressing technical problems via telephone or internet services, and they may receive feedback and suggestions to refer to others in their department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for products - CSE field calls about technical issues with products supplied by their company.
  • Complete On-Site Diagnostics and Service Calls.
  • Generate Problem and Resolution Reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IE, ECE, EE, ME), or equivalent
  • With experience and knowledge in SAP
  • With experience in project scheduling and BOM creation
  • Can work directly with Customer and Supplier
  • Customer Relations Management
  • Analytical and with attention to details
  • Familiar with semiconductors and Electronics Manufacturing Industry
