  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Accurately document interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist effectively.
  • Perform other customer service duties as assigned.
