JT International is seeking a Customer Service & Vendor-Managed Inventory Specialist to ensure seamless product availability for Distributor Partners. Customer Service & Vendor-Managed Inventory Specialist (Fixed Term)
What this role is about
As a VMI Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are always available for our Distributor Partners and key customers. You’ll handle inventory planning, create purchase orders, and manage invoice printing and records. You'll also be the main contact for customers and sales teams when it comes to orders, making sure everything runs smoothly from planning to delivery.
What you will do
Inventory Planning & Order Management – Analyze and plan Distributor Partner (DP) orders, ensure approval from DP/Distribution Manager (DM), and submit confirmed orders to GBS.
Records Management – Maintain and organize invoices, Proof of Deliveries (PODs), countering documents, Market Returns (MRs), and other accountable forms.
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) – Serve as the main contact for DP/NKA regarding shipments, planned orders, purchase orders, MR processes, and other supply chain concerns.
Shipment Coordination – Work with the Shipping Associate to book shipments, verify sales orders and invoices, and ensure proof of receipt aligns with billing dates in SAP.
Market Returns Processing – Validate MR documents, match Authority to Pull Out (ATP) with approved MRs, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and posting of credit memos in SAP.
Order & Delivery Follow-ups – Coordinate with internal and external teams on floating sales orders and untransmitted PODs, ensuring timely invoice countering and resolution of pending issues.
Who we are looking for
University / College degree
With at least 3 years of experience in Order to Cash process or planning roles, preferably in a multinational or FMCG company
Strong communication skills – both oral and written
Proficient in SAP (Order to Cash, MM) and knowledgeable in sales and planning processes
Meticulous and analytical – able to meet customer and market requirements while optimizing costs
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
