Job summary

Foundever® is hiring for a sales-focused role in the Philippines. The position welcomes high school graduates and undergraduates, emphasizing strong persuasive communication and constructive negotiation skills. It involves a fixed graveyard/night shift and is oriented toward upselling and customer outreach.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or K-12 Graduates
• STRONG sales background preferably (with excellent persuasive communication skills)
• Ability to convince, persuade and demonstrate strong negotiation/influencing skills (with or without sales experience)
• Accepts upselling experience (BPO or NON BPO experience)
• Accepts with 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation
• Fixed Graveyard/Night Shift
• Can communicate in English
