Job summary

Foundever Philippines is hiring for an onsite contact center role suitable for high school graduates, K-12, or college graduates. You will receive a PHP 20,000 signing bonus plus up to PHP 70,000 in incentives, with HMO and life insurance, plus growth opportunities and paid training.

Ideal candidates have a strong sales background, persuasive communication skills, and at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience. English fluency and basic computer skills are required; night shift is fixed.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or K-12 Graduates.
• Strong sales background with persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to convince, persuade and demonstrate negotiation skills.
• Accepts upselling experience (BPO or NON BPO).
• Accepts with 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation.
• Fixed Graveyard/Night Shift.
• Can communicate in English.
• SSS and PAG-IBIG numbers ready for faster processing.
