Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Customer Research Analyst (Data Analyst) to manage data quality, administer surveys, and support customer insights initiatives within the Corporate Strategy Market Research team.

You will maintain Power BI dashboards for customer feedback programs and collaborate with the US-based team to meet project requirements. The role requires strong Excel and data analytics skills, experience with Power BI, and a willingness to learn Forsta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Very high attention to detail is critical.
• Strong oral and written skills in English.
• Experience with Power BI, building dashboards and working with large or complex datasets.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Advanced Excel skills; able to transform large data files in Excel.
• Experience in survey research, data analytics, or customer insights preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technology platforms, including Forsta.
• Must be willing to work on UK/US schedule (roughly 4pm to 12pm PHT).

Responsibilities

• Supporting data management across the LexisNexis Risk Solutions customer feedback program, the global NPS (Net Promoter Score) program
• Cleaning data files thoroughly and accurately in Excel, uploading/downloading files from various systems
• Implementing changes to existing customer surveys in Forsta survey platform
• Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for customer metrics
• Monitoring automated data-feeds for surveys and other operational data
• Responsible for quality control checks across the program
• Collaborating with US-based team members to define project requirements, timelines, and outcomes
• Providing accurate status reporting to supervisors and management

Job description

The Customer Research Analyst (Data Analyst) role will be responsible for data management, data quality checks, survey administration, and managing internal client requests across the group. The role will also be responsible for maintaining Power BI dashboards for LexisNexis Risk Solutions customer feedback programs as part of the Corporate Strategy Market Research team. Our program has high visibility throughout the organization and offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our customer experience.

The Corporate Strategy team uses a variety of applications in their day-to-day activities, including Forsta, Power BI, and other BI tools. Training on Forsta, the survey and reporting platform, will be provided. Experience working with data and a willingness to learn new applications are critical for this role.
