Job summary

MinebeaMitsumi Philippines seeks a Customer Quality Engineer at the Danao Factory in Cebu. You will bridge internal manufacturing teams and customers, ensuring clarity on quality standards, issues, and resolutions.

You will coordinate with production to resolve quality problems and guarantee on-time delivery of high-quality goods. The role emphasizes strong analytical ability, problem-solving, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, quality management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.
• Project management experience would be beneficial.
• Proficient in quality tools, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Experience with customer quality standards, audits, and performance metrics is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.

This role will focus on addressing customer concerns, coordinating with production teams to resolve quality issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
